Preparation Method

  • Take medium sized chicken piece.
  • Grind together, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and onion.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil . 
  • Add the ground masala and fry until the raw smell goes.
  • Fry the chicken for five minutes.
  • Pour required amount of water, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Grate the coconut and extract milk.
  • Pour the coconut milk and allow it to boil.
  • When the gravy thickens and the chicken is cooked, remove from fire and serve hot with parotta.
  • Cut the parottas into small piece, pour the hot salna over the parottas.
  • Let it fry for five-ten minutes and serve.
  • The gravy can be prepared with mutton also.
