Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan with tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil, add the minced chicken and fry until all the water is absorbed.
  • Mix together grated ridge gourd, minced chicken, roasted chana dhal powder, mint leaves, salt and ground red chilli paste.
  • Make small balls. If required add more of roasted chana dhal powder.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, when it becomes hot deep fry the chicken balls and serve hot.
