Preparation Method

  • Marinate the chicken with vinegar, salt, ground ginger for thirty minutes.
  • Chop the green chillies finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add green chillies, fry for a minutes and add the marinated chicken.
  • To this add chilli sauce and stir well.
  • Keep in a low flame and stir often.
  • When the chicken is done and the masala coats the chicken remove from fire and serve.
