Preparation Method

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with curd.
  • Dice the onion, green chilli and tomatoes finely.
  • Heat the pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper cinnamon, cloves and cardamom powder.
  • Saute onion.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  • To this add green chillies, tomatoes and fry well.
  • Add the marinated chicken, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry well.
  • If required add hot water.
  • When the chicken is done remove from fire and serve.
