Preparation Method

  • Soak the dhal, rice varieties and grind it along with red chilli, asafoetida and salt.
  • Chop the coconut into fine cubes.
  • Chop the curry leaves.
  • Add the curry leaves and coconut to the ground batter.
  • Heat a dosa pan .
  • Take a ladle of the batter,make a thick dosa and make a hole in the centre.
  • Add ghee to the centre and Idhayam Sesame Oil to the sides.
  • Flip over the dosa and let it cook till golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
