Preparation Method

  • Deseed the capsicum and chop into triangles.
  • Chop the onions and tomatoes,lengthwise finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion and tomatoes.
  • Pour required amount of water, sambar powder, turmeric powder,salt and stir well.
  • When the masala becomes dry, add coriander leaves, stir remove from fire and keep aside.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Once the pan becomes hot, spread a ladle of batter in a circular motion.
  • Drizzle a teaspoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • Simmer it.
  • Take two - three teaspoons of capsicum fry, spread it all over the dosa.
  • When the dosa turns crisp and golden brown,fold it and serve hot.
