Raw rice 300 gms
Urad dhal 100 gms
Salt as required
Idhayam Sesame Oil as required
Preparation Method
Soak rice and urad dhal together for three hours.
Grind it along with salt and allow it to ferment overnight.
Heat a dosa pan, when it becomes hot pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a dosa.
Drizzle Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
Flip over the dosa, sprinkle some water when the dosa is done remove from fire and serve hot.
