Preparation Method

  • Soak rice and urad dhal together for three hours.
  • Grind it along with salt and allow it to ferment overnight.
  • Heat a dosa pan, when it becomes hot pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a dosa.
  • Drizzle Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • Flip over the dosa, sprinkle some water when the dosa is done remove from fire and serve hot.
