Preparation Method

  • Pressure cook the mutton with salt.
  • Chop the onion.
  • Heat two tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil in a pan, saute onion and curry leaves.
  • Add the cooked mutton, fry for tow minutes.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt , cumin powder and fry until the masala blends with the mutton.
  • Heat a dosa pan, take the batter in a ladle and spread it to a thick small circle.
  • Taka a tablespoon of mutton masala and spread it.
  • Pour the oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • Keep in a low flame.Flip the dosa and pour more of oil. when it turns brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
