Preparation Method

  • Take the batter in a bowl.
  • Crack the egg in a separate vessel.
  • Add salt, pepper powder and beat well.
  • Heat a dosa pan, take a ladle of the batter and spread it to a thin layer.
  • Pour Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • Take a small amount of the beaten egg and pour over the dosa and spread it. When the dosa turns to golden brown flip over.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
