Preparation Method

  • Soak the rice and urad dhal separately.
  • Grind the rice coarsely and the urad dhal to a fine batter.
  • Mix together rice and urad dhal batter adding salt.
  • Heat a pan with a teaspoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add green chillies, mustard and curry leaves.
  • Mix it  with the curd.
  • Heat a pan, take a small ladle of batter and pour mini dosas.
  • Can make four to five mini dosas at a time.
  • Drizzle Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of each dosa.
  • Flip over each dosa and let it till golden brown.
  • Make such mini dosas with rest of the batter.
  • Soak all the dosas in the curd mixture and serve.
