Preparation Method

  • In a bowl keep the batter ready.
  • Chop the onions lengthwise.
  • Deseed the capsicum and chop into triangles.
  • Chop the baby corns and carrots into thin circles.
  • Cook the chicken with salt and keep aside.
For make the Pizza Sauce
  • Grind together tomato, shallots and chilli.
  • Fry it in butter by adding lime juice and keep aside.
For make the Dosa filling
  • Heat pan with butter, when it starts to melt, add the onions and fry till translucent.
  • Add the baby corn, carrot, capsicums one by one, sprinkle salt and fry well.
  • To this add the cooked chicken pieces, stir well and keep aside.
  • Heat a dosa pan, when it becomes hot, pour a ladle of dosa batter, spread in a circular motion to form a thick dosa.
  • Spread a teaspoon of sauce over the dosa.
  • Place two- three tablespoon of the fried masala over the dosa and spread it.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and the chilli flakes over the masala and close with a lid.
  • Let it for seven minutes.
  • Open the lid and server hot.
