Preparation Method

  • Take dosa batter in a bowl.
  • Chop the green chillies into fine circles.
  • Combine green chilli and grated cheese.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Take a ladle of the batter and spread it in a circular motion to a thin dosa.
  • Sprinkle the cheese – chilli mixture over the dosa.
  • Add butter to the sides of the dosa.
  • When the dosa turns crisp and brown, fold it and serve hot.
