Preparation Method

  • Soak rice and chana dhal for two hours.
  • Grind it with salt, red chilli, tomatoes and tamarind.
  • Heat a dosa pan. Pour the batter form the edges of  the pan to the centre.
  • Drizzle oil around the dosa and allow it to cook until brown. Flip over and let it cook till crisp.
