Preparation Method

  • Mix together three pinch of salt, mushroom, two drops of lemon, set it for two minutes and wash the mushrooms.
  • Chop the mushrooms.
  • Dice the onions finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onions.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  • When done add the mushroom and fry for two minutes.
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, water,salt and allow it to boil. When the mushrooms are done add garam masala and fry well until dry.
  • Remove from fire and keep aside.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Once the pan becomes hot, spread a ladle of the batter in a circular motion.
  • Drizzle Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • Simmer it.
  • Take two-three teaspoons of mushroom masala, spread it all over the dosa.
  • When the dosa turns crisp and golden brown, fold it and serve hot.
