Preparation Method

  • Combine wheat flour, rava, salt,butter milk, water and make a thin batter.
  • Chop the green chillies.
  • Add cumin seed, green chillies and curry leaves to the batter.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Take the batter in a ladle and pour it over the pan form the edges to the centre.
  • Drizzle Idhayam Sesame Oil all over the dosa and close with a lid,let it for three to four minutes.
  • Fold the dosa, let it cook until crisp and golden brown, remove from fire and serve.
  • Makes such dosas with rest of the batter and serve hot.
