Preparation Method

  • Soak raw rice for two hours.
  • Grind it along with chilli, salt and curry leaves.
  • If required add some water and mix well.
  • Heat a dosa pan, when it becomes hot take a ladle of the batter and pour it from the edges of the dosa pan to the centre.
  • Drizzle Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • When it becomes golden brown flip over.
  • When the dosa is done remove from fire.
  • Serve hot.
