Preparation Method

  • Soak rice. Drain it and pound it.
  • Mix together sago,curd,rice flour,salt and let it ferment over night.
  • Split the red chillies and chop the curry leaves.
  • Add asafoetida, red chilli, curry leaves to the batter and stir well.
  • Heat a dosa pan, when it becomes hot, pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread to form a thick dosa.
  • Drizzzle Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • Flip over the dosa.
  • Serve hot.
