Preparation Method

  • Take a heavy bottomed pan.
  • Add milk, sugar and let it boil.
  • Scrape five almonds.
  • Grind rest of the almond and cashew nuts to a fine paste.
  • Heat a pan with a teaspoon of ghee and roast saraipparuppu, almond pistachio.
  • Add the roasted nuts, cashew nut paste, cardamom powder to the boiling milk.
  • Let it boil. Serve hot or cold.
