- Combine milk, sugar and bring to boil until the milk reduces to 200 ml.
- Grind cashew nuts to a fine paste.
- Grate the almond and pista.
- Add the cashew nuts paste, saffron, grated almond and pista, cardamom powder, garam masala powder, saraparuppu to the milk, stir well.
- Remove from fire and serve hot or cold.
