Preparation Method

  • Grind red chilli, fennel, pepper corns, ginger,cinnamon, cloves, dry ginger powder and salt.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add the ground masala, simmer to a low flame and fry well.
  • To this add the duck pieces and fry.
  • Pour required amount of water for the duck to get cooked.
  • When the duck is done and the masala coats the duck, remove from fire and serve.
