- Combine rava, sugar and maida.
- Add water little by little and mix to a flexible dough.
- Allow it to soak for thirty minutes.
- Heat a deep frying pan with ghee or Idhayam Sesame Oil.
- When it becomes hot, take a ladle of the batter and pour it in the oil, cook until it turns golden brown on both the sides.
- Remove from fire and serve.
