Preparation Method

  • Grease a plate with ghee.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with a cup of water.
  • When it stars to boil add sugar. Allow it to boil till it become sticky and to a single string
  • consistency.
  • Add the grated coconut and stir continuously for five minutes.
  • Add the ghee and stir for two more minutes.
  • When it becomes thick remove from fire and transfer to the greased plate.
  • Allow it to cool and cut into pieces and serve.
